250g Shade Dried Coffee Brazil Bourbon Specialty Coffee, ground or beans.  We get the beans from the Kajoeira farm in the Mojiana region, Brazil and specially order them to gradually dry the coffee beans in shade, taking 2-3 weeks instead of drying them in the sun for about 1 week. As a result, the flavor is sweeter and richer than normal coffee. 100% Bourbon, a very highly rated indigenous cultivar. Called phantom coffee due to the difficulty of growing it.
